Summary: This house, set in vineyards near Beaume de Venise, is delightful. Inside it is very nicely decorated with everything you need, and the outside is stunning. It has the best and largest pool we've ever had, which has its own kitchen facilities and eating area (plus a loo) in the poolside house, together with loungers and a big sunshade. There are also great lights, both around and in the pool, if you want to have a cooling dip at night. Also, in front of the main house is a large shaded covered area with a huge table, perfect for al fresco meals. For the intrepid, there is a lovely walk along lanes into the village, but in a car it takes about 5 minutes. The village has two boulangeries, a number of good restaurants, a lovely and genuine cafe patronised by locals as well as tourists, plus the usual take-away pizza place for lazy meals at home. We had a fabulous stay here and we would recommend it unreservedly.
