Summary: Decent accommodation but we felt uncomfortable with the cleaners entering our room. The room was good, it was nice to have the kitchenette. The microwave didn't work but we could use the cooker instead. The staff were helpful and friendly. It wasn't the most amazing room but good for the price and I would probably stay again. It was a bit disappointing that there were no hairdryers available even though it says they are included on the booking. Also we got woken by a cleaner opening our room door (even though it was dead bolted) at 7:50am. He didn't knock and as two young people we felt extremely intimidated and frightened by the experience. We were not made aware of any cleaners visiting the room - especially as we were checking out by 11am we didn't expect to see anyone. We had no time to mention it to the staff but it made us feel uncomfortable and on edge.
