There’s a parking spot allocated to the apartment, but being able to stroll to the shops and restaurants in Praiano town or hop on a bus to explore further afield is a real bonus. Even better than that, the apartment has direct access to the sea via a scenic pathway hewn out of the rock. With a total of 205 steps, the fenced path winds down the verdant hillside, punctuated by panoramic viewpoints with benches and a shower, to a seafront platform that overlooks a natural pool which the kids will love. The path is shared with the other apartments in the building, which are generally occupied by their owners during the summer months. Casa Gianna extends over 90m², with a living-dining room (no air conditioning), 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is traditionally furnished, with minimal furniture but everything you would need for a relaxing break.
