A quiet area on the heights of Valcros, with nearby neighbors but no overlooking. The house is designed to guarantee total privacy. The exteriors face south and open onto the wild vegetation of the surrounding hills.
Inside, an entrance with a mezzanine office for remote work, a first double bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, a second bedroom with two double bunk beds of 140x200 cm, and a bathroom with toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
On the main level, a spacious air-conditioned living/dining room equipped with TV, Home-Cinema DVD Player, WiFi, and Fiber. A fully equipped open kitchen (American refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press, mixer, hood, etc.), all opening onto a beautiful 120 m² two-level terrace with shed, pergola, and wisteria for natural shade, gas plancha, ornamental pond with fish, solar shower, and annex with washing machine and dryer.
A third en-suite bedroom with a shower room and a 140x190 cm bed, overlooking the terrace and with air conditioning.
Within the subdivision, the communal outdoor areas are planted and flowered, with small squares, terraced areas, stairs, and pedestrian paths winding through a Mediterranean garden of endemic plants.
Tennis and communal pool, 2 pétanque courts, swings, table tennis tables, basketball hoop, beach volleyball and football fields are available free of charge for all tenants (bring your own rackets and/or balls).
Multiple activities organized in collaboration between tenants and property owners in the neighborhood: aquagym, mountain biking, weekly aperitif, etc.
