This spacious holiday home offers a great view of Ansouis, a large pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.60m), four terraces with a total of 220 m2 and a wonderful Mediterranean designed property.
You enter the house via the modern, fully equipped kitchen: large American refrigerator, electric oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, washing machine. A very nice wood stove sits enthroned in the kitchen. The ground floor also has a shower room, a separate toilet and two bedrooms, each with two 90 cm wide single beds and access to the terrace, garden and pool. One bedroom still has its own shower room with toilet.
Still on this level to the right of the kitchen is the spacious dining room with a large round dining table for 10 guests. A wide window wall opens onto a terrace and the garden. A wood stove provides warmth and coziness here too.
From the dining room or from the kitchen you get to the first floor, where there are two more bedrooms and a living room. One bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm wide double bed and a bathroom with toilet. The second houses two 90 cm wide single beds plus two additional beds on a false ceiling (attention, the roof is quite deep). It also has a shower room, a separate toilet and has access to the terrace, garden and pool.
The living room is located above the dining room and is equipped with internet access and digital television.
The pool is heated in the off-season. Well-behaved pets are welcome on request. A grill is available. The house can be heated in the cold season with the wood stoves and electric radiators. Firewood is charged at € 100 per week. The first shops and a first supermarket are located 800 m from the house. You can park your vehicles on the property.
