Benefiting from a private 2000 sqm garden, it has been tastefully renovated by its owner while respecting its historic authenticity and is beautifully decorated to give each and every room its own particular atmosphere.
The luxuriant garden benefits from a secure 12 x 6 metre swimming pool with an alarm, as well as a terrace commanding a magnificent view of the surrounding hillsides. It also boasts several other terraces, both sunny and in the shade of centennial lime trees, a picnic area, a floodlit boules pitch. Cycles and a ping pong table are available.
Bathed in sunshine, the ground floor includes a spacious kitchen with dining facilities, a dining room, and a living/reception room with an alcove TV lounge.
