In Drôme Provençale, between Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, on the border with Vaucluse, is Mirabel-aux-Baronnies. In the village: bakery-pastry shop, tobacconist-newsagent, pharmacy, post office, grocery store, café-restaurant, hairdressers, market on Thursday morning, skatepark, tennis, padel, stadium and children's games. You will be in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales Regional Natural Park. A half-Alpine, half-Provençal territory ideal for outdoor activities: hiking, cycling with its famous Mont-Ventoux, climbing and via ferrata in Buis-les-Baronnies (15 mins). If you are more into tourist sites, you will not miss the Crocodile Farm, the Château de Grignan or the archaeological site of Vaison-la-Romaine (15 mins), without forgetting the famous and numerous Provençal markets like that of Nyons (10 mins).
Inside: the staircase with banister (18 steps) leads to the terrace and the glass entrance door which opens onto the living room. The corridor serves the 2 bedrooms, the shower room, the separate toilet. Outside just for you: south-facing terrace with pergola, BBQ, garden with games for children. To share with us and our 2 other gîtes: garage for storing bicycles and motorbikes, swimming pool open from May to October (secured by a fence to current standards, dimensions: 14m x 5m depth 1.20 to 1.70m). Our property located on the heights of the village only 500m from the center benefits from the breathtaking view of the village. The gîte les Olives is adjoining the gîte les Raisins and our garage but you have a separate entrance.
