I offer my large 4-room apartment (100m²), equipped in a modern way, perfectly arranged, air-conditioned, and a 2-minute walk from the Vallon des Auffes, the famous beach of the Catalans and the JFK Corniche. This contemporary and charming apartment is located in a classified building. It is ideally located in a quiet street facing a garden. You can find public transportation, shops, restaurants and services nearby. Ideal to discover Marseille, in winter as in summer :) The accommodation is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 7 people. It is comprised of a beautiful and air conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooking hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dish-washer, micro-waves, coffee maker, toaster, kettle). It's the second floor. There is a small balcony with side sea view. As for the rooms: - master bedroom: 1 double bed 140 x 190 - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 90 x 190 - Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90 x 190 - A sofa bed in the living room: 140 x 190 There are two bathrooms and 2 toilets (one of which is independent). The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, haidryer, iron & ironing board, WIFI. Parking is public and free. Car can be park just below the building and/or all around in the neighbourhood. There is no dedicated parking lot. Public transportation as Bus N°83 (Corniche-frégier stop) is located just near the appartment on JFK Corniche. Motorway access is very close as well. The apartment is located a stone's throw from the famous Corniche of Marseille, where the sea view is fabulous, and which allows a beautiful walk (by bike or on foot) from the Catalans (its famous beach is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation), to the Prado beaches. The "Swimming pool" of the Vallon des Auffes is a few minutes walk away. We are a 15-minute walk from the Vieux port and a 20-minute walk from downtown. Numerous shops, restaurants and services nearby! Bakery and supermarket open until 13pm on Sunday. Picturesque walks are to be discovered in the district: Vallon des Auffes, Malmousque, Notre-Dame de la Garde ... Public transportation as Bus N°83 (Corniche-frégier stop) is located just near the appartment on JFK Corniche at 50 meters. Motorway and tunnels accesses are very close as well. Calanques are à 10 km, Cassis 20 km, Aix-en-provence 30 Km, Arles 60 Km. You can also book a taxi ou take it directly at Place du 4 septembre. Ref. ClubLord-997 Free Wifi
