Each room has its private bathroom, with three offering both a shower and a bathtub (including 1 outdoor bathtub). Two of the suites are accessible from a different entrance to the building, meaning they have total independence (they are not connected to the main living room).

The annexe is the property's former silk farm. It provides 55m² of space for a comfortable stay for 2 (or 4 upon request).
