The western part of the Amalfi Coast, located between Amalfi and Positano, is characterized by wonderful natural inlets, continually kissed by the sea. The Conca dei Marini's bay in the ancient fisherman village framed by the rocky surroundings and by the scenic houses is one of the most beautiful and renowned coastal resorts. Fully overlooking the sea and enjoying the splendour of the unrivalled beauty bay, Villa Oriana lies in its magical magnificence.
The splendid Villa is directly approachable from the main road SS 163 and then through a path of about 60 stairs. An extraordinary combination of amphora, garden sculptures and bougainvillea is the unique setting for this famed Villa Oriana, which also boasts a habitable surface of about 250 square meters distributed on four levels. Beautiful equipped terraces surround the villa giving it a very panoramic overview. The villa is equipped with a goods lift (for luggages only). The upper floor of Villa Oriana consists of three levels and opens itself on a very panoramic, equipped terrace of about 70 square meters, provided with brickwork benches, wicker sofas and a barbecue. The upper floor of the villa consists of: – Entrance – Living room – Dining room – Sitting room with satellite TV and DVD player – Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooking plate with 5 stoves, wood oven, exhaust fan, oven, table, chairs) – Laundry corner (washing machine, laundry basin) – Bathroom (toilette, basin) – Romantic double bedroom with a hydro massage shower bathroom en suite. From the lower floor of the Villa it is possible to directly reach the sea through stairs leading to the common road onto to the beach. Villa Oriana is surrounded by about 6.000 square meters of private garden provided with splendid paths with fencing, several relaxation zones/areas with benches, semi covered wellness area and a natural grotto with sofa bed. On the street level a parking space for one vehicle is available. Villa Oriana lies in an enviable position to reach the sea and to make use of several services. At about 50 meters from the Villa on the SS 163 is the bus stop offering you the public state travel service SITA.
