This lovely spacious apartment offers 80 square metres of living accomodation and a delightful terrace with views over the swimming pool. The spacious open plan living area is divided into sitting area, dining area, television corner with large television, and fully fitted kitchen with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The shower room is also spacious with wc, large wash handbasin and italian shower. One bedroom has a large double bed and the other a small double (120cms) and a single bed. All linen and towels excepting pool towels are supplied. There is reversable air conditioning in the salon which cools the whole apartment in summer.and heats it in the winter. Although attached to the owners' villa it has its own separate entrance and private dining terrace. The large pool (15 x 7.5m) is shared with the owners. The surroundings are truly delightful with extensive terraces around the pool for relaxing. There is a boules pitch, table tennis table and children's corner with play house and swings. Set a short drive or 30 minute walk from the lively village of Flayosc this is a perfect location for a romantic get away or a restful family holiday..
