The house is located in Conca dei Marini, a pretty town about 3 km from the center of Amalfi and is directly accessible from the SS163 state road by car. The house, developed on two independent levels (8 + 2 beds), has two private parking spaces for normal-sized cars and enjoys a wonderful position overlooking the sea. The bay of Conca dei Marini in the ancient fishing village framed by the rocky surroundings and the picturesque houses is one of the most beautiful and renowned coastal resorts.
A few steps take you down to the upper storey of the house. The upper level is made up of: 2 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms with shower, a brightly illuminated living room, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful, furnished terrace with a view of the sea. The terrace is very private, spacious and overlooks the sea. Moreover, the upper level of the property also has a furnished patio in front of the main entrance. Another 14 steps takes you down to the lower storey. The lower level of the house is made up of 2 large bedrooms, each one about 20 sq.m, with air-conditioning and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite and in the other there is a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a dining area and there are two panoramic terraces, one leading off the kitchen and the other leading off the main entrance, both of which furnished with garden tables and chairs and both offering privacy and wonderful moments of pleasure with one of the most exclusive panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Lena has private access to the sea down 190 steps to a fully equipped platform for the exclusive use of the guests of the villa. The Villa has air-conditioning and internet access on both levels. The guests of Villa Lena are only a few minutes by car from the town centre and the bordering municipalities of the Amalfi Coast.
