We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Boulbon, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 30 m² with TV and sofa.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... and dining area.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A 30 m² garden facing south.
- A terrace of 40 m², facing south, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Boulbon, in a very pleasant environment within a typical Provencal village. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Visit the Château de Boulbon, accessible in 15 minutes on foot. The first curiosity of Boulbon is undoubtedly the famous windmill dominating the village and the Boulbon valley.
- Walks and hikes await you in the surrounding valley.
- Discover the Palais des Papes in Avignon at 16 km.
- Pont du Gard at 30 km.
- Canoeing on the Rhône.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private enclosed parking of the house, with an automatic gate and a remote control provided (1 vehicle). Covered and not closed garage at disposal.
